    Moving on...

    I completed the C25k app last summer and it felt amazing! My goal this summer is to finish the C210k program. So far so good. I lost 40 pounds last summer, but still have another 40 to go. I'm just hoping I can drop another 10-20 running 10k's. I couldn't be happier with how healthy I'm becoming because of these programs.

    C25K success!

    C25K helped me start my running journey! Since becoming a graduate of the C25K app, I have since completed the 10K app and will be starting the half marathon app as well. I have completed 4, 5K's and logged MANY miles on my own since the beginning. I have lost 45 lbs. and have never felt better! I'll be turning 50 next year & will also be doing my first half marathon, cannot wait for this! Thank you so much Zen Labs for creating these programs for someone like me who was new to the running world ~ I am forever grateful!!!

    Hi My name is Dana. I will be starting Week 3 of the Couch 2 5k tomorrow. I have never ran--ever! I'm 49 years old and my son-who is training for Ultra-races talked me in to trying it. I love the Zen Lab apps and all the support and motivation the give. Dana

    Hi I'm Sandy. I am 45. I started the C25K program earlier this year graduated from the program did a 5k in May and finished it in 50 min. I have signed up for a couple of other runs now also. I am starting over again to get my times to be better. I do know that without this program I would have given up on running along time ago. I love this program, and keep telling all of my friends and family that they should try it.

    Hello everyone! My name is Kris. I am a successful graduate of C25K and C210K. I started my journey in February of 2013 and since then have lost 150 lbs and went from running for 42 seconds to training for my first marathon in October! ZenLabs has been a HUGE part of my success! I often send them updates via Facebook, and I think I always mention how appreciative I am of their apps. I'm so happy they've opened up a community, and I look forward to being an active part of it; helping others who were in my place to achieve great success of their own!     Hi! I am super excited about these forums. I am new to running. I just completed Week 1 Day 3 today! I started because I want to be healthier for my kids and maybe lose some pounds. I figure if I'm going to have a hobby it may as well be one that gets me healthy. I'm looking forward to being able to ask questions here and learn more about running.

  9. ThE treadmill is a great way to continue your workout. I use it often in winter when it is cold , snowy and dark. And in the summer, I run on a treadmill when it is 90 degrees plus and hu mid. YouR Body Will Thank You For NOT Interrupting Your training.

    Hi Dana and everyone, I'm Cath, and like a lot of us out there, I wasn't working out before starting the 5k training.
