Due to this, it is must to have healthy carbohydrates (oats, brown rice, quinoa, barley, fruit), and protein before and after running. This will prevent muscle loss. Everyone is so different, whereas, carbs, makes me ill, but for someone else, carbs are their favorite. Definitely cannot run on an emty stomach! Thanks to you, Hugs!
