I was hoping that it would get better as I adjusted to running but it is still the same after a month. Any tips on avoiding this would be very appreciated. Thanks! Maybe pushing yourself a little less or finding ways to naturally clean your lungs would be helpful. It would probably be a good idea to see a doctor, in case it's something serious.
