mrsdobbs
Hi, trying to get fit as a way to destress after work! Did my first day today, got to the 4th run out of 8 and physically couldn't do anymore. Now I feel like I've failed a bit, should I keep going? torus_ot
It will be failing when you stop trying! It is OK not to able to run whole thing trough - keep walking the rest of the exercise. Repeating days or weeks is something that lot of us here did. maryjane
maryjane
I agree, keep going even if you just walk parts of it and you can always delete the record and retry. I'm doing the whole program for the second time
JCFREEK 767
MrsD...Hey are you still trying? Still around? Just think if Albert Einstein gave up after failing once. You can start over any time you want. I was doing the C25k, last year or maybe the year before. I've had to repeat many of the workout sessions. I've taken a long break from it and now I'm ready to get back to it. Join me wherever you may be and let's move forward once again beginning with this week. I pray we'll work for success. Don't quit. God bless.
LettinGo
I walked for 5 minutes! My neighbors dog wouldn't shut up, my knees hurt, and I realized my neighborhood is poorly lit! Cheers to tomorrow!
SQteach
I had a great first day experience. A SOSO second day. I've read to build in rest days but I WAS a runner and know if I don't build something in everyday around this program then I will not be successful. Suggestions? Thinking 20 min strengthening and 20 min "brisk walking"??
