What am I doing wrong? I usually eat a bag of grapes everyday! My breakfast is usually a sausage biscuit, lunch is usually a hot pocket, and dinner is usually some form of chicken. Help!! Breakfast: egg white spinach omelette, snack: fruit (2-3hrs) lunch: salad, another snack (2-3 hrs later)and dinner: meat/ fish with veggies. Hope this helps.
