Hi, my name is Kynlee. I am 13 and am about to go start week 5 day 1. I have not lost any weight, but have gained over 3 pounds. What am I doing wrong? I usually eat a bag of grapes everyday! My breakfast is usually a sausage biscuit, lunch is usually a hot pocket, and dinner is usually some form of chicken. Help!!

I am also in week 5 and have gained 1 pound. Muscle weighs more so we just need to stick with it and see the gain as a plus. A few more weeks and we will see changes in our clothing's fit.

Your can't loose your belly fat just by choosing a exercise. For this you have to practice regularly.  And you can not do the work regularly which gets boring. That's Right!! But BJJ can also help in fat loss. Calories in vs. calories out is a fundamental notion in weight loss. Simply said, you will lose weight if you consume fewer calories than you burn.
