Boxjump Posted January 3, 2016 Author Report Share Posted January 3, 2016 I actually see the day break downs now. Shows only 3 run days a week in the schedule. That's helpful didn't see that until I opened it for day two. I'm gonna still warm up with a 20 min walk on the treadmill In between runs to keep me loose.
