Weeza
I am Louisa, Mum to 1 autistic 11 year old boy and live in the UK. Decided to give this running malarkey a go. Have done day 2 of week 1 today and enjoying it so far. However I am SO unfit I may have to repeat week 1 again!
Caz1025
Hi Weeza I am also from the uk. I work with children who have autism in a residential home. Well done on your progress so far. I had to repeat some weeks and today completed w6d1. When I first started I struggled but am so glad I stuck to the programme. You can do this Good luck with week one
Rob129
Good job, repeating a day isn't a bad thing at all. I run at 70% for 3 of the 4 runs I do per week. I believe it has really helped out on the longer, faster days. My pace has become more consistent and of my choosing. For my weekend run my last Km was faster than the middle ones. Getting in shape takes time and you can do it. Everyone here is in your corner. Breezee
