Hello fellow C25k'ers

First time posting but wanted to drop in and introduce myself. Glad to be here! 42, about 70 lbs overweight, no exercise in years and oodles of excuses. Started making small changes in my food choices over the summer. Started tracking calories about 8 weeks ago. One night I was sitting on the couch and my belly fat was actually hurting my abdomen. Hurting! For the first time I got mad at the fat and not myself (which would make me depressed and then overeat some more). Found this app the next day and SO VERY PROUD to say I completed week 5 day 3 yesterday. I actually cried. I can't believe that I went from struggling with 60 seconds to running for 20 minutes!!! I've actually LOST weight for the first time in over 15 years. Best. App. Ever.! !!
