Rob129
I had taken Thursday off due to a cough. Came back and ran 1 mi (1.6 km) yesterday. Didn't seem to have any lasting negative consequences. Does anyone have any advice? I'm concerned that taking too much time off will derail the momentum I have right now. Rob129
Finished W8D1...ran all 28 minutes. Didn't feel out of breath or burning in my lungs.
KellyAnn
Hey Rob, Sorry you got sick. Just getting over that myself. Ugggh. Its tough when you have been derailed a few days. If you are feeling good, go for it. Rest and plenty of fluids too! Hope you feel better.
Azatol
You will find little if any atrophy from taking up to a week off. 1.5 to 2 weeks is when I start to find I've lost some cardiovascular endurance. Rob129
