Coy Gilbert
Just started this three days ago. Been running walking for about a week prior to finding this so my cardio is getting better. Confused though as from he log it's only three days a week? If I am missing something please let me know but from what I am looking at its 3 days a week until you run the full 5k..... I need to run daily as I'm in it to win it!!!! Thanks for the help
Sean90
The program is scheduled 3 days a week. You do not want to run every day. You could end up with an injury because you do need to rest your body. What I do is 2 days running and 1 day rest. Others may have something better. What I originally started was every other day

KellyAnn
Hi there, Everyone offered great advice. Ive been in this field for many years. Ive been prone to injury pushing myself. Popped muscles are annoying. Yikes. What a set back. I run M, W & F. Maybe one extra day if i feel awesome. Other days i weight train for strength and crosstrain, by hiking, walking, and usually take Sundays off. Saturdays for chores. Good luxk to you and Thanks for being here!!
