Need to get back in shape so I'm starting this. On day 3 of week 1. I enjoy running just unmotivated because of where I am away from the family.. I started this app on Friday and even though I couldn't hang to much with the running, I did utilized the app to get a brisk 30 minute workout. It is my plan to continue on Monday.
