Morihay Posted October 12, 2015 Report Share Posted October 12, 2015 So i just finished w2d3 and I have been working out 5-6 days a week I so when I started it was hard I can't believe in just 2 weeks how good I feel and the progress but I laugh at my self because I look at the jogging lengths coming up and off the books so to speak I push my self to jog a minute longer then I'll have to the next week, then to get through it I just keep repeating I have jogged longer then this this is easy lol I don't know why it helps but it does Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
