Diet and healthy eating help!

I'm 21 years old and decided that I'm not happy with myself and my health. So, I heard about this app and have started running with my boyfriend. The only problem is that I don't know what to eat, or how to really eat healthy due to lack of knowledge. I want to lose weight (I weigh 142, but I've been gaining), and be healthier. Anyone know a good website for healthy eating/recipes. Or just any advice you can give me would be great! Thanks :)

Welcome here and am so thrilled you are wanting to get healthier..  And your BF too.  Super cool!!!!

 

There are so many websites out there that have great recipes, etc... that can help you.

 

I hate Diets and do not do one at all...  It is a lifestyle change.

 

Proteins, Vegetables, Fruit, Low carb is the way to go.    My meals, are usually, a piece of meat, lots of veggies and once in awhile beans or potatoes.  

 

Keep your protein high and you carbs lower....   Enjoy,,,,,  I do eat pizza once in awhile too.....  Ya just have to... Lol...
