Navin Posted September 19, 2015 Report Share Posted September 19, 2015 When i started using this app i never ever in my wildest dream though of running for 20mins today i did it. my body is fitter than ever before. it was so amazing how this app transformed me from struggling to run 90 seconds to 20mins now. I am so glad i found this app.This is the best app for anyone who wants to start running now I'm on my 5th week feeling confident to take the 5K challenge. And the sense of accomplishment after finishing your runs is something which keeps you motivated. This just gets easier from here. Just keep running.
