  1. when i started i had shin splints it was unconfortable still sticked to the plan, guess what today i ran for 20mins i'm on my 5th week. i still cant believe i ran for 20 mins its just the first fews weeks then your body will respond in a better way. just keep going you will be amazed by your own inner strength

When i started using this app i never ever in my wildest dream though of running for 20mins today i did it. my body is fitter than ever before. it was so amazing how this app transformed me from struggling to run 90 seconds to 20mins now. I am so glad i found this app.This is the best app for anyone who wants to start running now I'm on my 5th week feeling confident to take the 5K challenge.
