Lynnmc94
Has anyone found a way to use the C25K ap and Map my Run or something similar that will track your distance that you are going? I'm in Week 5 and now have the time vs distance option. I have just done time, but am wondering how far I am going.
Azatol
I used RunKeeper. Just go into the options and turn off the auto distance notifications so it doesn't talk while you're listening to C25K prompts.
velvetelvis
if you can, a gps watch is really helpful. this is the only problem i have with the c25k app is, it doesnt use gps to keep mileage and/or route. i use a polar m400. i got it on sale and love it. garmin has some good ones also Perron
alir.smith
I use C25K and Map My Run at the same time. I just start them both and then get going. They don't interrupt each other, and Map My Run keeps good mileage details. Laura J
Laura J
I use Mapmyrun and this C25K program together on my iPhone and it gives me my mileage/time and coaches!!!!!
Lfair16
Do you start Map My Run at the start of the warm up or the run. I'm having a hard time figuring out my distance and speed during the running portions since my speed for my warm up and cool down may vary. Any suggestions? WendyClarke
I'm still using Map My Walk. I've been using it since I was just a walker, so I'm used to starting it when my exercise starts. I'm more interested in knowing my distance than speed. I like to go over the different routes I've taken and how long it has taken me to complete each one. When I become a runner, I guess I could switch apps, but I would probably still start it as soon as I walk out the door.
