Just do your best :) the great thing is you can always try again so you hit that mark. I think youll be surprised though when you get going. Just put on your favorite music and let your body do the rest! 

BTW is your name really Hermia? I love that name, she was one of my favorite heroines from Shakespeare.

Just completed day 1 of week 5 and found it tough going but didn't stop! Terrified about day 3 though, I think I can jog for 8 minutes but 20??? Seems like such a jump!

Don't think, don't look at the phone. Just do it!! You're body is ready, the science behind the program has proven it. You're mind is the evil in this formula. Don't let it beat you :)
