Haska Posted January 9, 2015 Report Share Posted January 9, 2015 I started on Wednesday but couldn't finish so re-started Thursday, then did Day #2 today (Friday). I just noticed there are only 3 days in the training week. Am I supposed to run every day or alternate days? If it is alternate days? I like to repeat one day and do 4 and then do other workouts and lift weights the other days. You are doing great. Come on over to the Accoutability 2015 Board and join us there too. Make a Journal.. Haska Posted January 10, 2015 Author Report Share Posted January 10, 2015 Thank you Kelly!! I will skip tomorrow and then do Day #3 on Sunday. I have to say I'm one of those people who never thought I could do this!! I have an avid running friend who has encouraged me and read many blogs of people who never thought they could. I was finally convinced to try when someone wrote "don't discount a form of exercise until you've tried it." I've also lost almost 15 pounds with Weight Watchers with another 100 to go. Then it's nice to know I can push the whole process back 1 day at any point and still be good to go to restart the following week. That way if Wednesday looks like a bad day Ill do Mon, Thu, Sat/ It could also be Mon, Wed, Sat, or Tues, Thui, Sat. That extra day is your "Get out of workout free" card that still allows you to stay tyrue to yourself and maintain the fitness level of a 3 day workout. I also aspire to walk 10,000 steps everyday--but this is the first time I've actually made over 10,000 for a whole week!!!! I'm pretty pumped about that! If I don't get my 10,000 steps in, I run around the house, up and down stairs etc. lol. It works. But I usually do 15,000 steps a day. Proud of you.
