Haska
I started on Wednesday but couldn't finish so re-started Thursday, then did Day #2 today (Friday). I just noticed there are only 3 days in the training week. Am I supposed to run every day or alternate days?
gnik1
Also a newbie I think it's alternate days in order to give your body time to 'heal'. On my alternate day I just walk
KellyAnn
Hey all, Just crosstrain the other days. I usually run 40 days, I repeat a day with the app. Then do whatever I feel like on the other days, lift weights too! Good Luck, you are doing great! Azatol
I usually run 40 days WOWSER. You rule! I'm only good for 25 minutes at this point <Ducks> Welcome folks!!
TheRoseWithin~Shannon
Hi Haska and Gnik! Welcome! Hska, that's awesome that you got back out there again! Grats! Like Gnik shared, and if you are new to this, alternating days helps your muscles recover and grow stronger. Btw, how did day 2 go/feel? TheRoseWithin~Shannon
Gnik, I just remembered I welcomed you already! I'm slowly remembering names. LOL That said, you stand out!
Guest TrishE
yep alternate days running so your body has rest. Yoga is another good option for your days off. There are lots of toning options if you want more of workout or stretches to help muscles relax in this cold weather. Good Luck and keep up all your hard work!
