I would like to introduce myself properly but before I do I have 2 questions? How do you link this to MFP? I keep clicking on connect on MFP and it takes me to App Store, open the app and then nothing after that. 2nd ? And perhaps more critical. I logged in with Facebook...Is everything I post or do on here automatically reflected on my FB timeline? I want to be open and honest here about my journey but not for my FB friends to see. When you finish a workout, click on the FB link and it should post and go to MFP. Let me know after your first workout and see if it posts. Good Luck!
