New year, new me!

I just downloaded this app and my fitness pal. It's all a but overwhelming as I have never really been able to stick with a workout longer then a week. I'm ready for a life change that I will be able to keep. I never exercise and eat what I want. I joined a gym and have been getting healthy meal ideas. I am overweight and just ready to be healthy and have some energy, I have two girl, a 10 year old and a 7 month old so finding time for myself isn't easy. I've decided this is something I'm gonna do for myself and my "me" time will be focusing on working out. I have a very supportive husband as well. Wish me luck on this new journey! :)

Welcome and good luck to you! Having a supportive husband helps a LOT! If you make your fitness a priority, and your hubby knows it, you'll be successful! There are LOTS of places to find healthy meal options, and I frequently find healthy alternatives on Pinterest :) Please keep us posted on your journey - we're all in this together and there are SO MANY supportive and encouraging folks in here :)

Absolutely with you from afar, yet very very near in heart Whittle!   Loved what you said, "I'm gonna do for myself and my "me" time will be focusing on working out."  Right on!   In regards to finding time:  From past experience, I noticed when I made time to exercise, it ended up feeling as if I had time for everything else and my attitude was better to boot!  Can't wait to hear when you begin! Hope you check out the Accountability 2015 forums and keep us all posted. :)
