  1. Best thing for inflammation is to avoid sugar! Take your carb intake down to about 25 grms a day for few months ... be easy on protein because it will burn like sugar .. up the good fats
  2. And the health problems it will cause you , priceless ...
  3. I been on a Keto diet 3 months.. I decided for health and detox . It's really good for fat loss and curing many health problems from eating a crappy diet ..
  4. I think the best jump start would be to skip breakfast altogether..
