Glad to find this place. Today was my first day I completed the jog/walk on a treadmill. I walked at three and jog at 3.5. That speed seemed tolerable for now I am a female age 54 and have a bout 50 pounds to lose is there a set rate we should be running out on a treadmill? thank you so much everyone sorry if my question seems ignorant I have some health issues and need to get this right.
