  1. I just started day 1. I'm in Virginia Beach. I have problems with my hips, too and have had back surgery in the past. Don't give up!
  2. Day #1. Started with the free version but upgraded right after I completed, so it didn't keep my log. Ran/walked 30 minutes. This is the first step to preparing for a company 5k event in May.

  5. Doing a 5k as a company event on May 5th and it's been awhile since I've ran, so I'm using this in hopes to be realistic about getting back into it.
