  1. Thank you for sharing! I never would have guessed English wasn't your first language. That was well put! I like your motivation image. That is good to have so you have something you can call on that when you need some extra strength. A picture is worth a 1000 words. Welcome to the c25K community. I am new as well! Ashley
  2. I have heard to take a deep breath in and then breathe it out hard and fast. It helps you get more oxygen in. I do that a few times. Hope that helps! And I agree with Jeannie it does get easier!
  3. Hi Eric! My mother in law is from Montreal. We actually have a cottage in Ontario that we visit in the summers. Keep up the good work!
  4. That is great! Glad to hear so many positives!
  5. That is a good job to you both Ellen and Jeanie
  6. I am doing week 1 day 3 tonight! Good job on finishing week 1!
  7. That is awesome that you're in week 5! Way to go! I have no idea about the discoloration on your thighs. How is London treating you? I have had a few British friends over the years but I have never been there.
  8. Hi! I am 36 and I have run off and on since I was a teenager. More off than on! My supervisor at work told me about the C25K app and I downloaded it last week. I have done the first two days of week 1 so far this week. My plan is to do day 3 in the morning. I really prefer to workout with a buddy (don't we all) and I really struggle to work out on my own. I am trying to do this program more independently because it is pretty much impossible to find someone to work out/jog with 3-4 times per week which is how often I am trying to exercise. It is just not realistic to only workout with a friend
