    Hi, my name is Chris and this is my 2nd try. I made it to around week 4 last year but didn't keep it up. I really want to do this.....mostly for my health as I am 51 with young kids and also because 2 of my kids have become lovers of running.

  2. Hi! I'm Jennipher, 44, 250lbs, 5 kids, 2 dogs and 4 cats. Needless to say my life is hectic, but with my fibromyalgia and being over 40 my metabolism has tanked and exercise is limited. I want to loose alot of weight and get more healthy. My BFF used this app to start running again after surgery so it came highly recommended. Nothing else is working so I want to give it a try. I'm working on eating better and changing my eating habits but without more activity it isn't making any change in my weight. Anyway, that's my story. My current question is about compatibility between C25K and my music and audio books. I really want them to work while I'm using the app. I have a samsung phone and like to listen to my library audiobooks using Overdrive and my music using my Apple Music app or Pandora. Will these work with C25K? Thanks in advance for any answers/advice you can offer.

    Hi, I'm 51 with high blood pressure, it's tough but I'm doing it....yay. Hoping to run a 5k with my daughter she'll have to slow down for me though!!

    Hello I am adrian 42 in the obese category with high blood pressure iv been told I need to loose weight so thought I would try this I have just done my 2nd day witch I am just keeping myself upright at the end but hope to keep trying

    Good luck to you, I'm 51, not overweight but far from fit and with high blood pressure. Currently just started week 5. Seriously never think I can do it every time I go out but have managed to get through every day so far, although the heat is not doing me any favours! You're stronger than you think you are! My aim is to run a 5k with my 24 yr old daughter
