Was diagnosed with type 2 back in 2015. Need more exercise cuz diet alone ain't cutting it and I'm sick of taking pills. Hoping this will help me. Never liked running in the past. Gonna do my first run tomorrow when I get home from work. Wish me luck!
It depends what is your goal. You can go for 10K distance (more endurance) or increase your agility for the 5K distance.
I would suggest to complete c25K starting may be from week 4 or 5.
