Hi all just a quick question.. I'm about to hit week 8 and although I'm now jogging 28 mins and actually walk 10 mins at the end I've become static in my weight loss I'm a big girl and lost 10lbs so far but considering I have about 4 stone to go so don't really understand it! I run X3 per week and have a healthy diet I do have hypothyroidism but this is controlled with meds any ideas welcome!! Thanks
