I am on week2 day3 having a hard time with breathing while running is this going to get easier? Don't know if I am doing something wrong or what, but I am not going to be able to run a full 5k if this does not get better. Tips to help please!!!
I wish you a good start! Take it easy, breathe, pay attention to your body. And when it's time to jogging, keep it really slow (I was almost at walking speed). This way you save energy to complete it!
