  1. Hello everyone! I'm 37 years old and I haven't ran in years! I want to lose 80 lbs but I'm breaking it down into increments on 20 lbs. I just downloaded this app a few minutes ago and I plan to start in the morning. Any tips to help me prepare? I need all the support and advice I can get!!! Thanks!

    WElcome here, Yes, take it slow at first. Eating healthy is key and will aid in weightlosS. As we age, our metabolism slows down and I know that one myself... REV it up with protein and exercise and it should melt off. Good Luck and we are here for you!
