Im a new member here, a noob too. I have never tried this app before and was recommended by my nutritionist. Im obese weight 339, im 5'8 and I want to loose weight and get stronger and healthier. Im constantly depress so Im a very easy quitter. I just saw the w1d1 workout and I dont think I can jog for 60 seconds I dont think i can 10 seconds
