42 does sound low. You should definitely see a doctor about that. I am not a Dr but when i was in the best shape of my life, mine was 65 amd that is low.

I'm in the middle of the 0 to 10K. I am about to start the week where the app says to jog 3/4 mile or 8 minutes and progress from there. I run slower than that. So do I run for the time or the miles?
