    Hi Jayde. Wow. 42 does sound low. You should definitely see a doctor about that. I am not a Dr but when i was in the best shape of my life, mine was 65 amd that is low. Be careful with that and get it checked out ok. Let me know. Hugs.

  2. I'm in the middle of the 0 to 10K. I am about to start the week where the app says to jog 3/4 mile or 8 minutes and progress from there. I run slower than that. So do I run for the time or the miles?
