    Need motivation

    Hello everyone. I'm not new to c25k but I've never completed one either. I'm trying to get the motivation or mojo to get the running kick back. Running has always been good to be but I always end up stopping or finding an excuse to not run. Hope someone can push me.

    I did it

    Woohoo My 1st 5km Was yesterday! Took me 40 mins Mind you I walked 5 mins of it Now I will finish this app And work on my time. Any tips on that?
