  1. Woohoo My 1st 5km Was yesterday! Took me 40 mins Mind you I walked 5 mins of it Now I will finish this app And work on my time. Any tips on that?
  2. Hi, I'm currently using c2k5, and on week 4 however this is my hardest point... I"ve re done day 1 3 times already & I Can't seem to get past the 5 Min Mark 4 mins is my top time!! Today has brought tears to my eyes when I Got home!!! 3 mins is no prob, that's like a walk in the park! what are some tips & Pointers to get past this milestone!
