Hi All I'm Brian
I have recently started running after nearly 30 years of no real exercise, I'm using the app and I am on w5 d3 and I'm starting to get some lower leg pain, a friend suggested my trainers might not be right for me, what should I look for in a running shoe please any help would be appreciated
Have you taken any measurement or photos? I took photos of myself before I started and again after 1 month. By the end of the month I had gained 1kg which was obviously muscle as I look completely different in the photos, have lost really obvious amounts off my waist/butt/thighs. Keep up the good work! Everyone is on their own journey, only be answerable to yourself. I quote I like to keep in mind is "just remember you are comparing your behind the scenes footage with everyone else's highlight reel"
