    Week 1, Day1!

    Hey everyone! I had a gastric sleeve on May 4 and I have lost 37 Lbs but now it's time to start exercising. I still need to lose 75 lbs. I am 48 years old and trying to get in shape. I just completed day 1.

  2. Before starting this I have only ever ran if I had to for the sport I was playing. My dad has always told me I run like I hate the ground, and I agreed. I've never enjoyed running. So once I stopped playing sports I stopped running and gained a bunch of weight. A week ago I said enough of my lazy attitude just try running it's cheap and you can do it whereever. Well that first day I was shocked to have made it through the entire workout, it kicked my butt but I did it. I somehow made it through the entire week, then I saw I would have to run for 90 second periods the next week. I was convinced I wouldn't be able to do it, we'll guess what I did I just completed week 2 day 1. That may not be impressive to some but for me I'm thrilled, expecially because I'm still pretty sure I look like I'm running like I hate the ground.

  3. Thanks MelB and Ladywolf. So I just did Week 1 Day 2, and I managed the whole thing!!!! I can't believe it! Granted I was gasping for air and my throat was burning, but I did it! So pleased with myself. Thanks for your kind words. Today's a good day.

    Progress Report!

    I'm on W3 & I'm sill loving this app! I'm 48 and have never been a runner. I weigh 180 (down from years at 190). I feel 100x better right now than I ever did the last 15 years.
