  1. I started a couple weeks ago but had to do week one day 3 a couple times until I could get through it. Today I bought new running shoes and moved onto week 2 day 1. My knees are killing me but hopefully the shoes will help.

  3. Hi there Crystal, Welcome here. I hear you there. I used to be such a crazy exercise fitness instructor, couldn't keep weight on me. Now As I've gotten older , my motivation isn't what it used to be. Isn't that hard? But you can do it. These Apps are the best. Plus we are all here to cheer you on. You can do it.     Fitbit or jawbone?

    I have the fitbit flex, and I love it, there are different fitbits so it all depends on what you want to track
