    Every other day or consecutive?

    I run Mon Wed and Fri. I do strength training on Tue and Thurs. I find that doing the strength training in between my run days has helped my form and stride.

    When I graduated high school, I said I"d never run again, unless the cops or a bear was chasing me Now I'm addicted to it. When work was crazy last week and I was working 12 hour days with no time to run, I was starting to get the shakes
