Hello everyone. I am new to this. I started yesterday and let me tell you, I can't stand it....BUT I am doing it because I need to and deep down inside I feel good about it. Yesterday was rough....did not complete it. Today was worst, but I did complete it. The sweat strangely feels good. Cannot do it without music. Gotta have the music. But I must say, I love this app. I just hate the exercise. Lol.....BUT I am doing it. Best wishes to everyone and Merry Christmas!!

Hi DJ, 

 

You do not have to run if you do not want to .   Walk, swim bike, elliptical, hike, anything at all.    Do not be too hard on yourself at all.  You go this.   

 

Your ind will give out before your body will.

 

You can do it.   Any Form of fitness is great fitness!
