Leg Cramps

When I start the running part , I usually start out strong but then my left calf starts hurting. I try to stretch it out but that feels like its making it worse. I feel like it really impedes me from being 100% during my workout. Makese feel like I'm cheatingmyself because I can't always finish the running because of my leg. Any advice or tricks?
