I'm a bit nervous to run without voice prompts so I downloaded the 10k app. Question is, do I just start with week 9 or should I put some time between the two programs? If time between is the answer, how much time? My last run was 3.07 miles without stopping and that took me 40 minutes. Thanks in advance for any insight! torus_ot Posted September 19, 2016 Report Share Posted September 19, 2016 it is assumed that after completing the program you either continue running on regular bases or move one to the C10k. Breezee Posted September 19, 2016 Report Share Posted September 19, 2016 I ran the 30 minutes 3 times to make sure I had it then added time, 33 mins, etc before doing week 9. I am doing speed interval training and walks in between to keep it interesting. I aim for at least 30 km a week but only doing c210k 2-3 times a week.
