C25K - "Couch to 5Km" is suggesting that you should do workout 3 days per week, taking rest day in between.

Of course. if your fitness is good your body can take more than that.

Thanks Torus. After reading through posts, I realized that it was not an everyday workout. I looked ahead at each day/week and see it's just 3days of training per week. Thanks for the info. I appreciate it!

I am a little late to this post but am trying to get myself geared up to start running by again. It's been about 5 years since I was running (if you can even call it that) regularly. Every year since then I have said I am getting back to running but don't. I plan to change that starting this week, actually today. I have some knee issues so I have some ramp up to do before I start week 1 but here it goes. How is it going for everyone else Cchase25 and maymay2u?
