  1. I am just getting started again as was wondering what the difference is between the free app and the paid app? I mainly want to be able to customize the workouts. Or more accurately track what I have done (doing a workout twice, repeating a day, modifying a workout due to soreness, etc). Any thoughts on that?
  2. I would love to know how things are going. I am a beginner also and have some knee issues I am concerned about. I plan on doing a couple of weeks of prep before starting W1 and modifying based on how my body responds.
  3. Just starting fresh today...I have some knee issues and am nervous. But I know I need to listen to my body so I'll be doing a week or two of prep before starting W1 of the program. Time to get motivated!
  4. I am a little late to this post but am trying to get myself geared up to start running by again. It's been about 5 years since I was running (if you can even call it that) regularly. Every year since then I have said I am getting back to running but don't. I plan to change that starting this week, actually today. I have some knee issues so I have some ramp up to do before I start week 1 but here it goes. How is it going for everyone else Cchase25 and maymay2u?
