Rob129
Welcome. You should set some goals. Feeling great after running is a wonderful feeling but to make progress you need to stay motivated. Setting both short term and long term goals is a must to be successful and staying motivated. Em89
Hi and welcome. .. I am always happy that I completed the day each time and I am only on wk2 day1 but I feel so good afterwards I am also losing weight slowly which always's helps me to be more motivated. Yesterday I was thinking of excuses not to go out and the wind was one of them but I didn't give in am I am so glad I did get out for my run Keep going it will be worth it in the end! Janegb
Welcome new runners! To make myself stay motivated I entered a 5k in March, so, being a competitive person I have to keep training otherwise I won't be ready for the race. Failure is not an option! Just started W3 and the 3 min run wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, having music helps me enormously.
Em89
I found the 90second running fine and was shocked by what I can actually do
Inne
Hey everyone, I'm new to C25K. I have signed up for a 5k in May. I am nervously excited if that makes any sense. I stopped working out years ago so this will definitely a challenge. Need a lot motivation to keep me going!
