LaRhonda Harvey
Today was my first day. During the times that I was supposed to run for 60 seconds I could only make it to 45 seconds once and 30 seconds a couple of times. My legs have very bad fatigue. What do I do to prevent that from happening? Do I just keep going through the daily workouts and hope things get better?
Em89
I started yesterday and as the running parts went on I could feel it in my legs but pushed myself through it today I realise I have used muscles I forgot there was! Just keep going you can get there and build up each time

Reduce the pace so you can jog whole intervals. Repeat the day, if you think you need it.
KellyAnn
Hey there. Proud of all of you. Yay. Feels great huh?? Torus gave great advice and just make sure you stretch warmed up muscles not cold ones. Keep it up.
LaRhonda Harvey
I read that you're not supposed to stretch. That you are supposed to warm up. The program starts with a five minute warm up. I don't believe my issue with fatigue has to do with not stretching. And the other reply said to reduce the pace. It's already reduced. KellyAnn
You never ever ever ever want to strecth before on COLD muscles!!!!!! I am huge fitness nut and have taught fitness for 20 plus years. I cringe when I see people stretching before they are warm. You will tear your muscles up. Always always warm up first, I will go about 3 minutes warm up and then stretch before I get into the running part. Or, if you feel great, i pause halfway through if I feel tightness anywhere.. Hope this helps. Good luck!!

KellyAnn
Hi there Cat. Old teachings years ago when Reebok taught me, we did stretch after a warm up and after a workout. But nowadays, so, I Warm up,, start running with the app, IF I FEEL any tightness , I PAUSE the app, stretch. Continue on. IF I feel strong, i go on and will stretch afterwards. I do believe that was the other way of teaching and now we stretch during amd after. Hope this helps !!!!
