Hi everyone, I'm Hina. So 10 weeks ago I decided it was time to get fit after putting on weight in a job where I sit down all day.

I couldn't run 100 metres 10 weeks ago but with lots of tears and determination I'm now running just over a mile. So to give me that extra motivation I've signed up for tougher mudder in May 2016... Omg what have I done.

Loving the motivation and support people provide in the forums :-)

Its good to hear tht yu are on a great path. Your post caught my attention because im not relly a runner, but im signed up for the Chicago Tough Mudder in May as well! I am currently 40lbs overweight and am using c210k to get in the best shape possible for the race. Im currently in week 3 day 1 of this app. Maybe we can help each ther achieve our ultimate goal!
