Tyler Posted November 19, 2015 Report Share Posted November 19, 2015 Today was day 1 for me. I used to run 8 miles a day, but broke 4 toes & never started back. I'm way out of shape now & 60lbs over weight. Day 1 was tough! But I'm excited to stick with the program & get back to running.
