Azatol Posted November 16, 2015 Report Share Posted November 16, 2015 I don't think being weak is directly correlated to weight loss but diet plus strength training is clearly where it's at. I've lost about 120 pounds and gotten much stronger and everything in life is better now!! Eating more food is not going to make you less weak. Strength training is!!
