Coolwater
Going into those 3 minute jogs, and I'm scared. I struggled at times with the 90 seconds, but never gave up on one. Doubling that just seems impossible. I guess we'll see. Tomorrow.
TarrynGrial
No worries. You've progressed with this program up until now. 3 min may look daunting at the moment since it's a new milestone obstacle, but you'll be able to push through. If you don't quite make it the first time around after trying the best you can, it's nothing to beat yourself up over. Just set your schedule up to repeat that day until you can get through it successfully. The only failure to be afraid of is the failure to try. Best of luck tomorrow, and let us know how it went! Naughtie
Just keep pushing yourself. Don't be scared of failure. You might fail today but you will nail it tomorrow. Only you can finish it. Nobody else will do it for you. Just keep running.
Clairey-Lou39
It's amazing how persuasive those little beeps are and how much you can do when you set your mind to it. Slow down if you must, but keep plodding. Before you know it, you'll be running 5K! Jeshi
SteveJ
Just keep moving like everyone said! You'd be surprised what you can accomplish. Like Clairey-Lou said, slow down if you have to. And if you have to repeat a week, that's ok too. You got this!
